Website Login

2. Create your account using your email address and follow the on-screen instructions.

Mobile App Login
You may access your account using the MyTaxOffice mobile app.
Download the app using one of the links below:

When prompted, find your preparer’s code listed below next to their name and enter that code to connect your account.

Once logged in, you can securely upload documents, complete intake forms, and communicate with your tax preparer.

If you have used MyTaxOffice before, you can log in using your existing credentials.

2. Enter your email and password.
3. If needed, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your login.

Mobile App Login
If you already have the app installed, simply log in with your existing credentials.
If prompted, select your preparer and confirm the preparer’s code listed below next to their name.

Your prior documents and messages will remain securely stored in your account.
